They are biodegradable plastic bags at Walmart and HEB stores in Texas. It gives you a choice of bags and when to visit you. However, I have not seen the garbage or trash bags that are biodegradable everywhere. It seems that these stores offer, others would be in a position to manufacture and can lead to waste and garbage bag to. Good question!
