Large Format Camera Shade Need Advice On Removing Lens Shade Stuck On Large Format Camera Lens.?

Need advice on removing lens shade stuck on large format camera lens.? - large format camera shade

I have a 90mm lens Mamiya RB67 with a screw on the hood of the target was so strong that the entire front lens group, to loosen, if I try to delete it, begins screwed. Proposals to relax?

I bought the lens and the cover is attached when I got him.

In fact, RB67 is a medium format camera ... pedantic, I? :-)

Yah, so if you are not satisfied with the transaction (which most people should not), take a camera dealer that is not repaired on the spot. It will be a big deal. I do not know me with this goal. Some are very complex and does not want to lose pieces to get dirt or fingerprints on the inside, etc.

Or, if you do not need to delete ... do not worry. I rarely remove my hood.

Have a real camera store and be able to delete it. They have a special tool to hold the metal ring around the first element, so it does not rotate and remove the cover.

I want to take the next photo store and ask them to remove dedicated to you, unless she can give: you may need to cut some plastics, may also be useful if you prefer in the refrigerator

is "pedantic", the correct term? I think not.
